SUBMISSION OF COMMENTS ON REGULAR TARIFF APPLICATIONS FOR WATER SERVICE PROVIDERS UNDER NORTHERN AND RIFT VALLEY WATER SERVICES BOARDS

(Water Act 2002, Sections 47 (o) and 107)

Notice is given to the general public that:

Northern and Rift valley Water Services Boards which provide water services by authority of a licence issued by WASREB through contracted Water Services Providers( WSPs) have applied to the WASREB for a regular tariff review for their agents as provided in the table below.

Click on the respective application proposal to view details, and respond within the next 30 days and submit any written comments to improve service delivery and or objections to the proposed upward review.
